I believe Joe Pagac is my inspiration to follow my high school dream to be an artist. His murals across Tucson have always brought me joy. Photographing his creative take on our beautiful desert gives me ideas for my own work.  I hope my own work can inspire future artists in Tucson.

I am a member of the Tucson community.  I have sat alone in my head for many years. My mind does not communicate with my body; I have never been able to speak. Spelling has offered me opportunities to have a place where I can be my true self and most importantly for the friendships I have made.
